Please ensure the full shipping address is correctly entered when placing your order. In the event that a parcel is sent out to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels and are unable to issue a refund.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY:

Please allow up to 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

We aim to deliver in 2 to 3 days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MON TO FRI UP TO 11AM):

Orders must be placed before 11AM Monday-Friday in order to be shipped via next day delivery.

Any orders placed after 11AM on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

Any orders placed before 11AM will be sent the same day and will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day.

Please note, if you place an order for next day delivery on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, but it can take longer during busier periods including Christmas, Bank Holidays, and Sale periods.

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING:

DHL deliver within 24 hours if the order is placed before 3pm.

Orders placed before 3pm on any other day will be sent out that day, arriving the next working day. Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will arrive the next working day (normally Monday unless this falls on a bank holiday).

*Please note DHL do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

ORDERS OVER £50:

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We do our best to deliver between 8:00am – 18:00pm.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

In the event that a parcel is returned to us, we will inform you and process a refund, deducting any shipping costs. You will be notified once the refund has processed.

REFUSAL OF PARCELS

If you refuse a parcel, we will inform you and process a refund, deducting any shipping costs. You will be notified once the refund has processed.

TRACKING SHOWS THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS?

Please contact customercare@wkndgirl.com with your full name, order number and the tracking number so we can look into this for you.

WHAT IF AM NOT IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL

If you are not in on the day of delivery, you can opt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour with the shipping providers directly. Alternatively, you can move the delivery date directly with the shipping provider.

IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST WILL I BE REIMBURSED?

If you have not received your order, please contact customercare@wkndgirl.com with your full name, order number and the tracking number so we can look into this for you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm.

Once confirmed, we can re-dispatch your order if stock is available, or issue a full refund.

OTHER INFORMATION

WKND GIRL are closed on weekends and bank holidays so orders will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
