Delivery Information

At wkndgirl, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our delivery options and policies.

Delivery Options

  • UK Standard Delivery: £3.99
  • UK Next Working Day Delivery: £5.00
  • DHL Express Shipping: £5.99
  • DHL Worldwide Shipping: £19.99 + customs

Important Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Wkndgirl cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address, and we will be unable to provide a refund in such cases.

UK Standard Delivery:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends.
  • Delivery is estimated within 2–3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.

UK Next Working Day Delivery (Monday–Friday):

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (14:00) to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Delivery during peak periods, such as Christmas or sale events, may experience slight delays.

DHL Express Shipping:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays before 3:00 PM will typically arrive on Monday (next working day, excluding bank holidays).
  • DHL does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Free Delivery

  • Orders over £75 qualify for free UK Standard Delivery.

 

Order Updates and Delivery Times

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Deliveries are usually made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

 

Undelivered or Refused Parcels

Undelivered Parcels:

  • If your parcel is returned to us, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the original shipping costs.

Refused Parcels:

  • If you refuse delivery, we will notify you and issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

Delivery Issues

Tracking Shows Delivered, but I Haven’t Received My Parcel:

  • Please contact us at info@wkndgirl.com with your full name, order number, and tracking information so we can investigate this further.

Not Available to Receive Your Parcel:

  • If you’re not available on the day of delivery, you can arrange to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or reschedule with the shipping provider directly.

Lost Parcels:

  • If your parcel is lost, contact us at info@wkndgirl.com with your full name, order number, and tracking details.
  • We will raise an investigation with the courier, which may take up to two weeks. Once resolved, we can either re-dispatch your order (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund.

 

Other Important Information

  • Wkndgirl is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to amend delivery addresses after an order has been placed.
