Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return your item(s).

We’ll process a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days of your returned item(s) reaching our warehouse, you will receive a notification as soon as this process has been completed and we have issued your refund.

HOW TO RETURN:

To return your unwanted item(s), please package your item and the Returns Form in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Step 1:

Click this link to get a copy of the returns form (RETURNS FORM PDF). Kindly fill out the form including the order number, print it off, and place it in the package with the item or items you are returning.

In the event that you are unable to print the form, please indicate on a piece of paper why you are returning the item, together with your name and order number.

Place this message inside the package with the things you're returning.
Order number, name, size, and style references of the clothing being returned, and reason for return are the details that are required.

Step 2:

Please send back the item or items in its original packing, with the tags still on.

Step 3:

You will be required to pay for the return of your things since WKND GIRL does not provide a free returns service.

Return your items to WKND GIRL, 219 Humberstone Lane, Leicester, LE4 9JR.

Oh, and please remember to save your tracking number and proof of postage; in case there are problems with your return, we'll need these.

Please be aware that unless the item is defective or damaged, we do not pay for shipping (you must inform us prior to sending problematic products back via returns@wkndgirl.com). We might not be able to conduct a refund in some circumstances if proof of return is not given. *

*We are unable to issue a refund for the returns listed below due to recent misuse of the return system. Unless previously arranged with customer service

1. Anything marked or contaminated by body lotions, perfumes, false tans, makeup, or body smells.

2. Returns made after 14 days.

3. Any worn clothing or removed tags.

Items determined to be non-returnable by our quality control team it will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum of two weeks, during which time the client will need to make arrangements for the item's to be pickup. If the two-week period is exceeded, we will regretfully have to discard the item.

*If your parcel is returned without paperwork enclosed, it will be impossible for us to identify the sender, and to therefore issue a refund for the parcel.

Our returns policy has no bearing on your legal rights.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you receive any faulty or incorrect items, please get in contact with our team at returns@wkndgirl.com stating your full name, order number, description of the fault and any photographic proof.

We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 48 working hours for a response.

Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty. We cannot accept the return if it is washed or worn. WKND GIRL reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item suspected to be damaged, washed, worn or used.

EXCHANGE:

We do not currently offer exchanges, all returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN:

You must manage the return before the established deadline of 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and include all WKND GIRL labels. Returns will not be accepted on the below:

1. Any items that are marked or tainted with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes or body odours.

2. Any returns over 14 days.

3. Any worn item or items without original WKND GIRL labels and tags.

Any items that our quality control team deem as unreturnable will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 2 weeks, in which the customer must arrange collection for the unreturnable item. If the 2-week mark is surpassed, unfortunately we will have to dispose of the item(s).
