Returns and Refund Policy
At wkndgirl, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Returns
To make the return process easy, we use the DPD Returns Portal:

Initiate Your Return:
Visit our DPD Returns Portal and follow the steps to create your return. You’ll need to provide your order details and select a reason for the return. -
Return Label Options:
- Print your return label at home and affix it securely to your package.
- Alternatively, select the label-free option and receive a QR code to scan at a DPD drop-off point.

Package Your Return:
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. -
Drop Off Your Parcel:
Take the package to your nearest DPD drop-off location. Don’t forget to save your tracking number and proof of postage.
Please Note: A £2.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return service.
Sale Items
If you return a sale item, we’ll issue a wknd girl gift card for the value of your return. This gives you the opportunity to shop for something else you’ll love from our collection.
How It Works:
- Sale items are eligible for a return in exchange for a WKND Girl gift card only.
- Once your return is processed and approved, you’ll receive your gift card via email.
- Use your gift card on any item from our store, including our latest arrivals and bestsellers.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) reach our warehouse, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the £2.99 processing fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items stained or marked with makeup, body lotions, perfumes, fake tan, or body odors.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
If any items are deemed non-returnable by our Quality Control team, they will be held at our warehouse for a maximum of two weeks. Customers must arrange collection within this time frame. After two weeks, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@wkndgirl.com within 14 days of delivery. Provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the fault
We aim to resolve issues promptly, but please allow up to 48 working hours for a response. Items intentionally damaged or damaged through wear will not be considered faulty.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, with wkndgirl tags and labels intact.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
