Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and we might not be able to conduct a refund in some circumstances if proof of return is not given.
We are unable to issue a refund for the returns listed below due to recent misuse of the return system. Unless previously arranged with customer service
Anything marked or contaminated by body lotions, perfumes, false tans, makeup, or body smells.
- Returns made after 14 days.
- Any worn clothing or removed tags.
- Any item that has been purchased via a
- Sale and/or clearance.
Please be aware that unless the item is defective or damaged, we do not pay for shipping (you must inform us prior to sending problematic products back via returns@wkndgirl.com).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges, all returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
