WKND Girl Returns Policy

At WKND Girl, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you need to return something, here’s everything you need to know:

General Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
  • Sale items returned within 14 days from the delivery date will be issued a WKND Girl gift card for the value of your return.
  • Any returns received after 14 days will be sent back to the customer.
  • We will issue a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
  • Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification.

How to Return

We’ve made returns simple and convenient through our DPD Returns Portal. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Access the Portal: Click here for returns portal. Enter your order details (order number and reason for return) to create your return.
  2. Generate a Return Label: The portal will create a return label for you. You can:
    • Print the label at home and attach it securely to your package.
    • Or choose the label-free option and receive a QR code to scan at your nearest DPD drop-off point.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package your item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  4. Drop Off & Track: Drop the parcel off at your nearest DPD location. Save your tracking number and proof of postage for reference.

Important: Please note that WKNDGIRL does not offer free returns. A £3.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return service.

 

Sale Items

  • Clearance items are non-refundable and will be refunded onto a WKND Girl gift card.
  • Sale items are eligible for return in exchange for a WKND Girl gift card instead of a refund.
  • Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive your gift card via email, which you can use to shop any item from our collection, including new arrivals and bestsellers.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items marked or stained with body lotions, perfumes, makeup, fake tan, or body odors.
  • Returns made after 14 days from the delivery date will be returned to the customer.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.

If an item is deemed non-returnable by our Quality Control team, it will be held for a maximum of two weeks, during which you can arrange collection. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@wkndgirl.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the fault

We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. Please note that intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be considered faulty.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
